The owner, (Philip Laing) is a qualified Systems Administrator having completed Cert IV Client Support IT and the Diploma Systems Administration IT which took 2 yrs full time studies at NSW TAFE. Mr Laing has 15 yrs experience working with computers, troubleshooting, upgrading, and looking after various responsibilities related to Network Administration. He has also completed various modules in the Masters in Business Administration streaming in IT, with Southern Cross University also completing modules with the University of Newcastle, specializing in database design, and management.
