Remote Desktop Access how does it work?

This service is now available and can make for a more practical and cost effective solution saving by you service call charges. It is almost as quick as our technician calling directly onsite

We email you a link for which you click on, thereby giving us direct access to your desktop. This process does not permanently load software or change your computer in any way. You have complete control and can break the connection any time.

Charges:

$15.00 between 1-15 min
$70.00 per hr (or a percentage of) for longer

Once your helpdesk case is established, you will be charged (in 15 min increments) the hourly rate for additional calls related to the that problem
