4 HOW MUCH INFORMATION DOES ASC CONSULTANTS REQUIRE AND HOW IS IT HANDLED?

4.1 What information is captured?
We may record the following information:

IP addresses to measure our site traffic and to help provide a relevant shopping experience
The pages you accessed and the documents downloaded
The date and time of your visit to the site
The type of browser you are using
Name, address, contact phone and email and payment information
Helpdesk call details and case histories
Service Level Agreement contracts

4.2 What about Credit Card and other sensitive account information?
Credit cards details are used when placing an order and then discarded safely and securely. If you request us to store credit card details, we make sure this information is securely stored according to the Privacy Act regulations and not used for any other purpose. Other transactional details such as bank BSB and account details are stored in the same manner. ASC Consultants utilises SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology including 128 bit encryption when collecting this sensitive information and only monitored staff members are allowed to access this information.

4.3 Is your information used for any other purpose?
We require only information to safely process your order and track your transactions, shipping progress and scheduled maintenance agreements.

4.4 Will your information be given to any other party?
Your personal information is not shared with any other party.

4.5 What about e-mail?
When you purchase online from ASC Consultants, we contact you by e-mail to confirm your order and also to update you on the status of your order upon request.
